Our Mission

Eco Marine Malta is a sustainable marine tourism company offering educational boat experiences in Malta. Founded in 2016, our work combines responsible tourism, marine research, and public awareness to inspire people to connect with and protect the sea.

Marine Biology Course

Discover Malta’s marine ecosystems through a three-day educational experience that combines field research, conservation and sustainable tourism. The EcoMarine Malta Marine Biologist Course includes classroom lectures, land-based observations, snorkeling sessions and boat surveys led by expert marine biologists, giving participants hands-on insight into dolphins, sharks, seabirds and Mediterranean biodiversity while promoting environmental awareness and responsible interaction with the sea. 

Dolphins Field Course

 

Learn the fundamentals of dolphin research and marine mammal conservation through an immersive field course in Malta focused on real scientific monitoring activities. The EcoMarine Malta Dolphins Field Course combines boat-based and land-based surveys, lectures and hands-on data collection, allowing participants to study bottlenose dolphins in the Mediterranean while gaining practical experience in marine biology, ecology, conservation, sustainable ecotourism and teamwork within an international research environment.

Scientist of the sea

Explore the Mediterranean marine environment through an interactive hands-on course that combines science, outdoor fieldwork and environmental education. The EcoMarine Malta Scientist of the Sea program introduces children and adults to marine biology, oceanography and coastal ecosystems through classroom sessions, beach activities and boat-based research experiences, encouraging teamwork, curiosity and responsible engagement with the sea while discovering the biodiversity surrounding the Maltese Islands.

Bio Sailing

Experience an adventurous day at sea that combines sailing, marine biology and environmental education aboard a sailing boat in Malta. The EcoMarine Malta Bio Sailing course introduces participants to Mediterranean marine ecosystems, sailing techniques, teamwork and scientific field research through hands-on activities such as marine life spotting, data collection, navigation exercises and learning about winds, waves and ocean conservation in a fun and immersive outdoor environment.

Marine Scientartist

Combine creativity, marine science and environmental education through a unique hands-on course designed to inspire curiosity about the Mediterranean Sea. The EcoMarine Malta Marine ScientArtist program blends classroom learning, fieldwork and artistic expression, allowing participants to explore marine ecosystems, biodiversity and scientific research methods before transforming their discoveries into creative art projects that encourage teamwork, imagination and a deeper emotional connection with nature and ocean conservation.
